Order Tracking

We provide full door-to-door tracking for all orders.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your package has been shipped.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following regions:
Jersey, Isle of Man, Iceland, Moldova, and Serbia.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at support@dewveil.com.
If you have purchased shipping insurance, we will send a free replacement for lost or damaged shipments.


Returns and Exchanges

Delayed Deliveries

Once your order is handed over to the local courier in your country, we no longer have direct control over transit times.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs, weather, or local carrier issues.


Failure to Accept Parcel

If a customer fails to accept the parcel and it is returned to us, a refund will be issued once the package is received at our warehouse.
Shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount when applicable.


Address Confirmation

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We send a confirmation email to verify order details.
Once an order is fulfilled, address changes cannot be made. If a parcel is sent to an incorrect address due to a customer error, Dewveil cannot be held responsible.
